These general conditions are intended to establish the terms and conditions of travel services on the website www.m4eventsandgolf.com. The domain is owned by M4Events Unipessoal Lda., a company with headquarters in Largo São Francisco - Galerias de São Francisco nº18, Fracçao AC - 8100-662 Loulé - Algarve, enrolled in the Commercial Registry of Loulé, with the unique registration number 510 151 574, share capital of € 59,000.00, RNAVT No. 4871 (hereinafter referred to as M4Events).
The objective of M4Event in this website is to market its products and services (hereinafter referred to as Tour Packages) exclusively to agencies related to tourism (hereinafter referred to as Agency).
The terms contained in the Particular Conditions between M4Events and the Agency, if any, prevail over these General Conditions.

 2.  Conditions of use of www.m4evensandgolf.com
The user undertakes to use this web page in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to law, morality and good manners, or rights and interests of third parties.
The website www.m4eventsandgolf.com may contain links to other websites, which may contain useful information for your users. These general conditions will not apply to third party websites. When using links, you must review and accept the terms and conditions of this site before using it.

3. Amendment of General Conditions
M4events reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the Website, its services and the general conditions of use, with the exception of contracts already executed and in execution. These modifications will serve to improve the website while improving the services offered to the user of the website which, if it does not agree with the changes made, may resolve the contract.

 4 . Intellectual property
All content and information contained on www.m4eventsandgolf.com and its subdomains are the property of M4events and therefore the use, reproduction, copying and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos contained in that website is subject to your authorization in this sense.

 5. Price Information
The prices indicated on www.m4eventsandgolf.com and its sub-domains are confidential to the Agency and are presented in Euros. VAT is included in all mentioned prices.
The Agency will not be able to market the Tourist Packages without applying a minimum margin of 10% for sale to the public.
In the event of a computer error, manual, technical or any other cause causing a substantial change not foreseen by M4events in the sale price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.
The prices and products available at www.m4eventsandgolf.com are only valid for purchase orders made through www.m4eventsandgolf.com and may not coincide with other offers.

 6. Fees and taxes
The payment of tourist taxes must be paid locally, in the accommodation where it is due
The payment of the airport taxes must be paid locally, at the airports where it is required or at the rental company.
VAT applicable at the time of travel is included in the price of the Tourist Package.

 7. Purchase process
Registration - To request a reservation of the Tourist Packages at www.m4eventsandgolf.com you must register as a user on this web page, filling out the electronic form. After registration, the user will receive the confirmation of his registration and can make the reservation of his Tourist Package.
Availabilities - All the Tourist Packages that are in the site www.m4eventsandgolf.com are subject to confirmation of availability by M4Events.

 8. Payments
The Agency must pay 40% of the value of the Tourist Package at the time of booking, and pay the remaining 60% up to 21 days before the start date of the service.
If the reservation takes place 21 days before or less than the date of arrival, the total price must be paid at the time of booking.

 9. Complaints
Complaints can only be considered if they are submitted in writing within a period not exceeding 20 days after the end of the provision of services.
They can only be accepted as long as they have been participated to the providers of the services (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay, requiring them the corresponding documents proving the occurrence.
Failure to timely delivery of the participation and the documents referred to above constitutes a cause of exemption from the responsibility of the Operator.
In case of a complaint for non-compliance with the contracted services, the client may also request the guarantee provided for under current legislation, and must present the respective complaint to Turismo de Portugal I.P within 20 working days of the end of the trip.

 10. Packages changes
Whenever justified reasons exist, M4Events may change the conditions contained in the Tourist Package, namely the order of the routes, the departure times or replace any of the accommodations provided by others of category and similar location.
If unforeseen circumstances make it necessary to suspend travel, Customer shall always be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid.

11. Impossibility of Compliance
If for non-imputable facts to M4Events this is unable to comply with any service provided in the Tour Package, the Client has the right to withdraw from the trip, being immediately reimbursed of all the amounts paid or, alternatively, to accept a change to the services and possible price variation. If the above facts that are non-imputable to M4Events determine the cancellation of the trip, the Customer may choose to participate in another trip accepting an amendment to the contract and any variation of the price.
If the proposed trip in substitution is of lower price, the Customer will be refunded of the respective difference.
There is no refund for services that, although made available to Customer, Customer has chosen not to use.

 12. Responsibility
M4Events is not liable for damages resulting from any computer viruses or any other situations that are unrelated and that prevent the access and correct operation of the domain www.m4eventsandgolf.com.

 13.  Applicable Jurisdiction and Legislation
The present general conditions and all the contracts that come to be celebrated under the same are governed by the Portuguese legislation.
Except as expressly indicated, both parties are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts for any matter resulting from the existence, content and / or interpretation of these general terms and conditions.
