Cancellations within 07 days before the arrival date, the Hotel will the full amount of the reservation.
In case of no show or early check-out, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the total of the nights reserved. All cancellations or modifications have to be notified in writing to the Hotel.
GOLF:
- Any cancelation must oblige the following;
≤ 2 people: 72h ; 3 to 4 people: 7 days ; 5 to 15 people: 15 days ; ≥ 16 people: 30 days.
Within the natural amphitheatre of the Bay of Lagos, Robert Trent Jones II has fashioned Europe’s next great golf course, Palmares Golf. The brief given to this exceptional American golf course designer was to craft a 27-hole golf course which maximised the potential of its extraordinary environment.
The result is a golf course of breathtaking natural beauty which is a delight to play. The course opened 18 holes for play in October 2010 and the full 27 in June 2011 and it has matured nicely.
Robert Trent Jones II designed the golf course with the highest level of international tournament golf in mind as well as a pleasurable golf experience for members and tourists alike. There is plenty of challenge, if that’s what you want – especially from the white tees! Palmares Golf is composed of three returning nine-hole loops that can be played in any sequence.
The genius in the routing is that, depending on the sequence of play, each golf experience is different. Each nine-hole loop – Alvor, Lagos and Praia – has its own character and ambience.

Located between the 27th hole green and the Driving-Range and just 700 meters from the beach, the Palmares Beach House is an invitation to a swim in the sea, a round of golf or maybe to just stay and enjoy this unique landscape.
The 20 rooms, including 2 suites, are all decorated in soft colours and with spacious balconies designed in order to frame a panoramic view over the fascinating Lagos Bay and the long beach of Meia Praia, which stretches from the estuary of the “Ria de Alvor” to the historical walls of the city of Lagos.
Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy live golf from the balcony of their room, on a course described by golf architect – Robert Trent Jones Jr – as a “warmer” Scotland!
